Avocado Smoothie

 Why it’s great: 

✔ Rich in healthy fats for heart and brain health
✔ High in fiber to support blood sugar balance
✔ Packed with protein for muscle recovery and satiety


Ingredients:

  • ½ ripe avocado
     
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
     
  • 1 scoop plant-based or whey protein (unsweetened or vanilla)
     
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (helps regulate blood sugar)
     
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseeds (extra fiber & omega-3s)
     
  • ½ cup frozen berries (optional, for natural sweetness)
     
  • A few drops of stevia or monk fruit (optional)
     
  • 3-4 ice cubes
     

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
     
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
     
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!


 

Pantry Staples:

✅ Chia seeds (1 small bag)
✅ Ground flaxseeds (1 small bag)
✅ Cinnamon powder (1 small jar)
✅ Vanilla extract (1 small bottle)
✅ Stevia or monk fruit sweetener (optional)

Refrigerated Items:

✅ Unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)

Fresh Produce:

✅ Fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries – 1 small pack)

Nuts & Seeds:

✅ Walnuts or almonds (1 small bag)
